CYCLE JOURNAL

Keep the moments together, in your own words.

The Cycle journal is a private record of the moments you want to remember: appointments, updates from your care team and how the day went. Each milestone has a title, an optional date and optional notes, and nothing predicts what comes next. It is for anyone who wants a personal record of the path without a calculator attached.

Free to use. No account needed to explore the sample.

HOW IT WORKS

How Cycle journal works

  1. Add a milestone with a title, and give it a date and notes only if you want to.
  2. Use dates from your care team, since HopeNest does not calculate medication schedules or interpret results.
  3. Edit or remove a milestone whenever you like.
  4. Your latest entries appear on Today, so the most recent moment stays close.
  5. Keep it to yourself, or tick Cycle journal in the invite form if you want someone to see it. It is private unless you choose.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Questions about Cycle journal

Does the journal predict my cycle or results?

No. HopeNest does not calculate medication schedules or interpret results. Use dates from your care team.

How is the journal different from My treatment?

My treatment organizes rounds and steps on a timeline. The Cycle journal is a looser record of milestones in your own words. Many people use both.

Can anyone else read my journal?

Only you, unless you choose to share it. Journal, finances and insurance stay private in the invite form unless you tick them.
